Shipments sent to the EU that are returned due to incorrect information or that fail to clear customs can only be refunded for the product costs only and not the shipping.

We will ship an order within 24 hours Sunday through Thursday. Orders received on a Friday after 2pm GMT will ship the following Monday.

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

We take pride in knowing you are a happy customer. Our boxes come with a 14 day hassle free return. If you’re not happy, send it back to us (you will need to pay the return shipping). So long as the shipping is within the 14 day window and we receive the product in good order (meaning it’s not damaged, or unable to be re-used), we will refund you immediately.

If you receive a damaged product, let us know immediately and we will be able to either send you a refund or send you a new product. We’re just an email away! You can respond to the order email you’ll receive or use our contact form - please state your order number so we can find your order easily.

EU orders have taxes included in the prices. However we automatically refund you the VAT once the order ships so you are able to pay this in your home country upon delivery. The courier will email you before delivery requesting the tax payment. Please note there is not duty charges on any boxes. Cake boards carry a 7% duty charge.
